Assist with Cash Flow Management

Manage Accounts Receivable invoicing and payment application

Proven experience as an Accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• 3+ years’ minimum general ledger accounting experience

• BS degree in Accounting or related business field.

• In-depth understanding of US GAAP.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and large ERP

Update and maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules along with property tax filings

Reconciles bank accounts by gathering and balancing information

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Econ/Accounting with 0-3 years experience.

Minimum Required Skills, Background, Education and Experience:

Manage the bank reconciliation process including applying/clearing incoming and outgoing payments and completing the bank reconciliation schedule at month-end.

Help manage intercompany and clear intercompany transactions.

Manage credit card accrual and support.

Manage KPIs tracking including those for AP and AR.

Minimum one (1) year recent applicable experience.

Prepare month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules

Perform actual vs actual account analyses and present findings to the CAO and other senior leadership

Collaborate with various departments on accruals and other monthly close areas

Continuously improve business processes, systems, and documentation as part of SOX readiness and testing
