Corporate Equipment Engineering Manager Jobs

Manage projects through Technical Proof of Manufacturability to ensure design and construction meets all Estee Lauder engineering requirements.

Proficiency in computer systems including 3D Design Systems and Analysis (SolidWorks preferred), MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Timeline management systems.

Experience in inventing, developing, and creating intellectual property around ownable machine innovation

Improve and investigate ways to enhance existing capability gaps with innovation and integration of new updates and capabilities.

Suggest equipment strategy to support both preliminary forecast and weekly rate of production requirements.

Establish workload priorities to ensure all projects are managed within expected due dates.

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs

Education – 2 Year Associates Degree in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical/Electrical)

Experience – 10+ years of experience relevant/equivalent military experience

Compliance experience with ESD, Security, Occupational, Health, and Environmental safety requirements

Conduct analysis of faults and use knowledge for preventive maintenance frequencies to increase uptime and performing corrections as needed.

Minimum 5 years of related technical experience in electrical/electronics, electro-mechanical, or industrial maintenance.

Experience working with the necessary documentation and computer programs.

Mechanical and metal fabrication experience is a plus

Provide uninterrupted operation of production support equipment on the Thermal dispense robots, pneumatic screwdrivers, leakage testers and other support equipment.

Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for new equipment to ensure that equipment meets company requirements and standards.

Experience interpreting documents such as technical publications, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)procedures, safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite inclusive of report creation and data entry

This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Extensive years of experience performing field service

Develop, implement, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

BS/MS Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience managing a team of manufacturing engineers in a production environment

Extensive hands-on experience with key General Assembly and EOL equipment

Experience with Early R&D/Pilot Manufacturing Engineering

Experience with Design for Manufacturability and Assembly
