Overview A Corporate Credit Trader is a financial professional who specializes in the buying and selling of corporate bonds and other debt instruments. They are responsible for analyzing and evaluating the creditworthiness of companies and making decisions on whether to buy or sell their debt. They must also be able to assess the risk associated with the debt and make decisions on how much to invest in it. Detailed Job Description A Corporate Credit Trader is responsible for researching and analyzing the creditworthiness of companies and their debt instruments. They must be able to assess the risk associated with the debt and make decisions on how much to invest in it. They must also be able to monitor the market and make decisions on when to buy and sell the debt. They must also be able to negotiate with other traders and brokers to get the best price for the debt. Job Skills Required• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field

• Professional certifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA)
