At least ten years of experience in the construction industry with a proven track record on successful project completions

Experience leading others and has recruited and coached team members to success.

Strong communication and presentation skills, including technical writing.

Will be required to lead presentation efforts to internal stakeholders; considered a 'voice' of operations within the organization.

Will contribute holistically to the company via participation in the Enterprise Governance Committee (EGC)

Will be required to monitor the construction industry for trends that may affect project costs, efficiencies and/or quality.
