2+ years experience with Figma, Adobe, Office, and project management tools including Asana

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience

5+ years experience copy-writing, preferably for a global company

Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and balancing competing workloads

Creativity is highly encouraged; experience creating a variety of different types and styles of content

2+ years of experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Proficient understanding of regulatory requirements as it relates to health insurance marketing.

Education, Certificates, Licenses: Bachelor’s degree preferably in English, Marketing, or related field.

Help lead content creation of prospect- and member-facing materials.

Mentor fellow writers on all aspects of copywriting, across all mediums.

Collaborate with members of the creative team, Marketing department, and internal clients to ensure smart solutions.

Understand customer personas across a number of markets and disciplines.
