The Coordinator Recruitment Sr will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources of potential candidates
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Track and report on recruitment metrics
• Develop and maintain recruitment databases
• Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed
