Undergraduate degree in relevant field

Ability to work in a fast paced goal oriented environment

Develop and implement emergency and crisis management procedures.

Provide direct security management operation support such as vendor management.

Provide analysis support in reviewing business operations and invoice data with a solid understanding of security management.

Manage assets, supplies, insurance, vehicles, and equipment.

Excellent communication skills are required. Experience in working with external partners is also highly desirable.

Plan and execute test-method validation projects, including developing, performing, and documenting test-method validation activities in accordance with cGMP requirements.

At least 8 years of experience in the industry and/or academia (including advanced studies) after receiving their Bachelors degree.

Develop and commercialize devices including interfaces with the primary container.

Provide guidance and input regarding product development using structured product development process.

Regularly interface with staff and leaders in Contract Manufacturing,

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing operation or equivalent experience via education or laboratory operation.

Prior production operator experience in semiconductor is a plus.

Experience with microprocessor test preferred.

Experience with Thermal Control Units (TCUs) is preferred.

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electronic Technology or related field; OR equivalent experience.

Part of Test Operation team. Execute planned microprocessor SOC and system tests, as well as other operational tasks. Training provided.

Experience with project management tool like Jira is a plus.

Inputting and maintaining project information using a project management tool.

Gathering policy and compliance documents and helping the technical management team to organize them, generating SharePoint policy pages.

Facilitating communication and coordinating meetings with the technical team as needed by the project manager for certain tasks.

Good communication skill, detail oriented.

Experience with SharePoint is a plus.

Draft and deliver offer letters and new hire documents

Minimum of 1 year of coordination experience

Previous experience in Recruiting is highly preferred

Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Experience working with Greenhouse ATS is preferred
