Job Description

Position:

General Contractor on Record.


About us:

We are a Real Estate Investment & Development firm in Los Angeles, building Apartment Buildings and Single Family homes. We are opening a Builder decision, and you will grow with us to many projects. You will be doing mostly MANAGEMENT WORK with managing and controlling subs and projects and attaining to client needs.


Compensation:

For the right person, we are ready to offer serious compensation. Everything depends on Experience, and willingness to join a firm that is fast growing. Join a winning team.


You will be reporting directly to the CEO, and working with clients, managing subs.


Must have a General GC License Active in CA.
