Knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements, GCP/ICH guidelines, and general medical terminology

BS degree and at least 5 years of medical writing experience

Experience writing clinical regulatory documents (protocols, CSRs, Investigator Brochures, Informed Consent Templates, Safety Narratives and clinical summary documents)

Excellent organization and problem-solving skills

Able to review statistical analysis plans and clinical data reports to ensure consistent data reporting within a program and/or therapeutic area

Able to provide input in Clinical Project Team meetings regarding implications of project decisions on Medical writing content and timelines

Skilled at using software such as MS word, referencing tools, SharePoint, document management systems.

Experience in writing MEDDEV 2.7.1 rev 4 and EU MDR compliant CERs for Class IIa or IIb medical devices.

3 years of experience in scientific / medical writing, with a strong record of accomplishment.

Must have excellent communication skills to establish effective working relationships with different departments within Accuray (Regulatory, Marketing, Post Market, Quality, etc.)

Be self-motivated and directed with the ability to manage time independently.

Experience with radiation therapy products is a plus.

Must have 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum one-year current experience in the OR

36 hours a week and contract for OR RNs who live within 50 miles of the hospital facility.

Specialty: OR – Operating Room

Shift: 12 Hours Night, Day, Mid. Must cover rotating weekends and take call

Consult with clinical reviewers and/or medical directors to ensure medically appropriate, high quality, cost effective care throughout the medical management process.

Computer literate, Medicaid knowledge a plus, IP medical necessity review experience a plus.

2 years acute care clinical experience.

ü Relevant therapeutic area experience (oncology/rare disease) preferred, but not required

ü Drive Medical Information initiatives for assigned product, ensuring seamless planning and execution

ü Developing Medical Information content for HCP and consumer audiences that can be shared across multiple channels

ü Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MS) in Life Sciences

Education in Medicine or related fields (Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical laboratory science, Medical Informatics, Medical Research, Medical scribing, medical coding…)

2+ years of experience in the field

Experience in at least one of these medical terminologies: SNOMED CT, RxNorm, LOINC

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Experience in clinical terminology mapping using SNOMED CT, LOINC or RxNorm.

Experience in annotating training data for machine learning models.

Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a certified athletic trainer (ATC) or sports medicine experience with equivalent or higher education.

Understanding of head injuries and management.

Complete League sponsored and mandatory education program

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from an accredited CAATE athletic training education program.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally for visual signs of the MLS Spotter Program
