Demonstrate knowledge of training methods and needs assessment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (i.e., non-judgmental, objective, reflective, empathetic, patient, tactful, respectful, courteousness).

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth groups and organizations

Provide the approved evidence-based APREP curriculum to youth to prevent teen pregnancy and STI’s.

Competently operate audio visual equipment

Ability to establish rapport with youth.
