Manage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners in written and verbal form

This role is based in our San Francisco HQ office and not currently open to remote work.

Take ownership of the scheduling process, end to end, for evergreen and opportunistic hiring needs

Act as a partner for recruiting ops problems and help us find solutions through a mix of data, tools, and collaboration

Use our recruiting “tech stack” to help our teams streamline processes to delight candidates and stakeholders

5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management preferred

Experience with using vendor management systems (Fieldglass, including the SOW module)

Serve as the principal point of contact for the contingent workforce management program

Implementation and management of our Fieldglass system to track suppliers, workers, and SOW engagements

Development of a training & change management strategy for hiring managers

Manage the strategic roadmap of the continent workforce program

Expertise in solving complex problems with high user-centricity and change management skills

Prior experience and knowledge in contract administration, billing rates, or B2B partnerships is valued.

Exceptional organizational skills are a must

Experience with Workday a plus

Own onboarding and offboarding of all contingent workers.

Liaison between hiring teams and HR team for Tier 1 questions or concerns.
