Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships across Madhappy, agencies, partners and other collaborators

Manage content meetings to ensure detailed review of each project

2-4 years of experience in content production

Experience working with fast-growing, small companies or in a startup environment

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Collaborate with various teams within Madhappy including: marketing, design, special projects

Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Develop and manage budgets for all projects, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently

At least 7 years of experience in content production for high-scale reality or gaming shows

Strong knowledge of linear and social media content production

Experience working with talent and managing budgets

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Manage the contracted product requirements of our ambassador team (budget, delivery) to ensure all needs are met.

Department and team management are highly preferred.

Direct an experienced media production team to ensure that assets are delivered to the business meeting high standards and on time.

Manage overall budget for content development (everything from shoot travel costs to required equipment expenses).

Manage physical production space and valuable assets, including an in-house TV studio, podcast studio, and all camera equipment.
