Content Policy Coordinator Jobs

Former project management or equivalent experience

· Lead ongoing communication and change management efforts as a result of new or revised policies;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent Facilitation, presentation, negotiation, influence skills

Location: Tampa, FL Preferred or Open for Remote

· Shepherd document owners through the HR Policy Governance process; including Council & client’s Policy Committee requirements;

Provides support to Medical Directors and Implementation Team during client implementation regarding policy configuration issues. This includes research and issue management.

Manages project timeline effectively to meet monthly deadlines and notifies the appropriate individual(s) of risks to the timeline.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Health plan operations experience working with medical policies, edits, or claims.

High standards with extreme attention to detail, and facilitation skills to ensure clear decisions

Knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS coding and basic medical terminology

Public policy analysis experience or undergraduate degree in government, public policy, or a related field

Experience in policy or political advocacy

Exceptional writing and editing skills

Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex policy issues to a variety of audiences

Additional work skills, but not

Acts as a spokesperson for YI policy positions to the legislature, regulatory bodies, and with advocacy partners and the media.

Knowledge of cloud applications such as SharePoint and Office365

Experience working with a political action committee and/or a grassroots campaign

Experience working with Action Network, NewMode, Capitol Track, or other advocacy and legislative software

Experience working in Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, and/or South Asian communities

Have attention to detail, deadlines, and demonstrate organizational and time management skills;

Your resume highlighting your education, experience, and direct transferable skills

Manage database contacts and groups to ensure information is accurate and up to date;

Manage the expense reimbursement process for state staff and others participating in NGA meetings;
