Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity and interest in online social- or community-based experiences e.g. forums product reviews social media where everyday people can post content

Comfortable handling a high volume of work on a daily basis

Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office tools specifically MS Excel

Willingness to learn new software and tools with instruction

Team player with demonstrated capability to work in a cross-functional environment

3+ years’ experience, ideally in content-related roles (e.g., social media management, content moderation, content curation, etc.)

Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to promptly address content-related challenges and discrepancies.

Closely monitor our content library, adhering to established protocols to maintain a consistently excellent customer experience

Manage effective communication with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and transparency.
