Understand multiple programs and cross train OHA staff and vendors (in cooperation with Case Management Administrator)

Create quality review processes with Case Management Administrator

Provide program management in support of active contract management for internal OHA contract clubs

Development and testing of Quality Assurance processes regarding performance measures for compliance with state and federal requirements

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Wellsky products preferred but not necessary

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Excellent communication- influencing- prioritization- and project management skills

Manage multiple assignments/development projects concurrently to meet R&D timelines

Pack development and commercialization experience as well as direct experience with are desired but not a prerequisite

Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make connections to the big picture

Manage multiple assignments/tasks concurrently with the ability to question the priority of work

Demonstrate the willingness and ability to learn new product categories and/or processing/packaging areas

● Experience working with a CMS, project management tools, Microsoft Office and Google tools

● Facilitating editorial workflows using custom CMS and project management tools

● Excellent time management and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

● 3-5 years’ experience creating digital health and medical content for a consumer audience

● Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related discipline or equivalent experience

● Exceptional editing skills and aptitude for diverse and detail-oriented assignments
