Security, law enforcement and/or correctional experience

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of computers and software common to telecommunications industry

A minimum of 2 years’ business experience, with prior experience in vendor management, procurement, or a service-oriented operations role

Project management of vendor contracting process from intake to execution for approximately 30 active Consumer Insights contracts at any given time

Previous experience with market research data, personal data handling requirements, preferred

Assessing personal data privacy requirements and facilitating DPSE Amendments

Experience working with contracts including partnering with legal, privacy, vendors, and business departments

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build key relationships with stakeholders
