Develops functional and system design specifications for client engagements.

Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyzes tradeoffs between usability and performance needs

Clearance Required: Active Top Secret with ability to mainain SCI level

IT management: 8 years (Preferred)

Experienced in management and configuration of network routers, switches, and firewalls

Manage the Banks ticketing system adhering to the expected IT and IS SLA requirements

Thorough knowledge of bank policies and regulatory requirements

Strong understanding of project management principles

Manage the integrity of the Bank’s network infrastructure to ensure equipment and software is working appropriately and effectively

Manage the Bank’s network diagrams, both internal and external

Experience implementing and expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS).

Technical knowledge to design, document and implement solutions for WMS to meet requirements/specifications for efficient business operation.

Able to support the system and manage incident and problem management.

Performs systems and data analysis on applications/products to understand functional design requirements, and performance accuracy and efficiency.

Develops requirement traceability matrices to confirm the delivery of functional and non-functional requirements within a given product/application.

Defines detailed technical requirement documentation aligned to the blueprints and technical designs prepared by System Architects.
