Provide day to day support for all information management systems.

Backup of information management systems per company procedure.

Assist with troubleshooting and repair of information management systems and equipment.

Write and revise SOPs and Forms to maintain up to date and accurately reflect the current procedures for information management systems.

Manage and maintain building access control systems, security system and video surveillance system.

Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Serves as project leader or provides analytical support to information technology management in the integration and design of large-scale development projects.

Develops and makes presentations to agency heads and information technology management explaining the planned and actual utilization of information technology resources.

Time management and the ability to work under pressure.

Experience with SQL and query tools.

Experience with analyzing data systems.

Good oral and written communication skills, planning skills, and creative thinking.

Experience installing printers, plotters, and scanners. Excellent customer service skills.

Windows 10 Operating System, Office 365, Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) desktop imaging, and software deployment experience.

Assisting customers by remote access or guiding the customer to correct an issue. Troubleshooting and diagnosis of technology problems.

Knowledge of hardware including personal computers, communication devices, printers, plotters, etc.

Knowledge of software including network and desktop operating systems, office automation, programming languages, database products.

Ability to manage small, complex information service projects from inception through completion.
