Job Skills Required Construction Teen Corps members must have basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques. They must also be able to follow instructions and work safely. Job Qualifications Construction Teen Corps members must be between the ages of 16 and 18. They must also have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
