Individuals must have 5+ years of experience with concrete, masonry, or carpentry.

STRUCTURAL is looking to hire Experienced Concrete Laborers to join our office in the NYC Metropolitan Area.

Earn $21 to $35 per hour based upon years and level of construction experience.

Employees must have reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites. Site locations can be anywhere in the tri-state area.

Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus.

Must be team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude, and be safety oriented.

Skills and knowledge of using ALL hand and power tools

OSHA-10 Certification is a HUGE plus

2 years previous experience working in the construction industry is a MUST

Prior experience working with fiberglass is preferred

This position is designated among essential personnel under the City's Emergency Management Policy.

Performing work routine as a member of a crew, or individually as necessary to meet work requirements.

Operating and maintaining various pieces of equipment such as riding mowing units, lawnmowers, edgers, chainsaws, and Roto-Tiller.

Reporting problems and/or hazardous conditions to designated authorities.

Performing work prepping special events, training, and other park activities.

May oversee crews of probationers and temporary employees. Perform other duties as assigned.

Conduct general maintenance including oils check and refueling plant

This is a Department of Public Works Emergency Management position at the Tier I Level

Operates power and hand tool equipment.

Performs painting, roofing, carpentry, and plumbing activities.

May operate vehicles to and from work locations.

Performs additional miscellaneous assignments as required.
