Semi-Skilled Laborer/Handyman/Skilled Handyman

We seek someone that fits the following for all kinds of BASIC upkeep and maintenance of properties with willingness to learn new skills over time (More skills done well = Higher pay rate)

This is a 1099 situation.... As business picks up, it will one day soon turn into a full-time position on the books.

Pay is DIRECTLY related to skill level. The more you are able to do well, the higher the rate.... Basic skills and quality of work = Basic Pay Rate..... Paid daily via Zelle to start, then weekly via ACH (electronic transfer) to your bank account.

The tasks will vary from day to day and there may be days where there is just no tasks to do and there would not be any work.... The daily and time-of-day schedule varies.... Work can be any day including on weekends.

The better your work, the more likely I am to give you work to do. The work is easy enough and not "Back Breaking" with down time between work bursts, but it does require some hard work/heavy labor at times.

Responsibilities

Such as but definitely not limited to mowing and trimming, cleaning and cleanup (both light duty and deep cleaning), snow shoveling and ice melt application, painting (and doing it well), minor wall repair, basic labor tasks for lifting and moving things, basic demo (and knowing how to be careful doing it), driving, operating power tools, effectively using hand tools, et cetera

Qualifications

• Learns easily and is not afraid of hard work
• Can follow directions well
• Has basic general purpose hand tools and battery tools (or isn't afraid to buy them as they go)
• Works honestly, dependably, quickly, and efficiently on their own
• Has operated lawn mowers and trimmers before (Without destroying them)
• Drivers license, good driving record, and OWN transportation to be able to get to jobs
• Has a SUPER flexible schedule as tasks can be at all different varying times including nights and weekends.
• Good at figuring out how things work
• Works well with others
• Can paint ceilings, walls, and trim... and do it properly, quickly, and neatly!!!
• Has a bit of quickness to the way they do all things..... A MUST.... Slowpokes will be let go quickly.... Efficient steady work at all times with ABSOLUTE minimal chit chat. I pay well for the tasks required if the work is done at a decent standard.

• Can pass a background check and has good work related references
