Construction Project Management Supervisor Jobs in Ohio

Training is provided on shop, field, project management, and vendor coordination in connection to actual projects and building sites.

Currently enrolled in an accredited college in; Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.

Ability to learn & work with project management software (iProcore, Plangrid, Rhino, Bluebeam).

Interest in working in a Construction Project Manager career path.

Interns will be given access to project, department, and specialist team meetings to gain real world industry insight.

Ability to read architectural or mechanical drawings and blueprints is preferred.

Assists the Assistant Vice President, Construction Management and Campus Planning. in developing team policies, procedures, methodologies, and project financial reporting/tracking tools.

Researches, evaluates, and analyzes data to support project decisions. Submits project recommendations to management for approval.

Mentors others on the Construction Management team.

Enhances professional knowledge and skills by attending seminars, workshops, and training sessions.

Additional Required Licenses/Certifications/Posting Specific Minimum Qualifications:

Criminal History Screening, Education/Degree/Certifications Verification, Social Security Number Trace, and Sex Offender Registry Search

Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.

Be responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of projects and accountable for assigned scope of work, schedule and budget.

Complete the program with the skillset and confidence to lead your local sales office as a full-time Contracting Project Manager.

Possess a bachelor’s degree. Strongly preferred: Strongly preferred Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, or equivalent degree.
