Solid financial acumen and experience in budget management

Significant relevant experience in construction project management

Identify project risks in conjunction with the VP/PX and support operational staff with risk assessment / management.

Mastery over project financial management and overall business financials.

Driven, self-motivated, with an adeptness in time management and prioritization.

Experience in not-for-profit management with a minimum of 3 years as executive director preferred.

Experience in typing, word processing, and related clerical skills.

Finance Related Licenses/Certifications and/or CEcD Certification desired.

Coordinate and manage professional service contracts related to economic development as assigned.

Manage day-to-day operations set out in the EDP By-Laws and comply with stated procedures and guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, urban and regional planning, public administration, or a closely related field.
