Overview A Construction Observer is a professional who is responsible for monitoring and observing construction projects to ensure that they are being completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Construction Observer is responsible for providing accurate and timely reports to the project manager and other stakeholders. Detailed Job Description The Construction Observer is responsible for monitoring and observing construction projects to ensure that they are being completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Construction Observer is responsible for providing accurate and timely reports to the project manager and other stakeholders. The Construction Observer is also responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations are being followed, and that all materials and equipment are being used in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Construction Observer is also responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are being completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in construction observation
• Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders
