Weekly update and maintenance of PO Log. (Communicate with vendors and planners, manage order updates)

Daily responsibility of IMS screens (minimum 2x daily)

Vendor Communications including product and price variance, weight variance, collecting revised invoices as needed.

Consistent communication and follow through with internal business partners (sample room, DC, MRPC, AP, QA, fast track, A&H supply partners etc.)

Ability to learn and adapt to new skills needed for the position.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Deliver Betenbough quality and value through high end craftsmanship in the final details of the home.

Responsible for all the detail work performed in the home that you are assigned to.

Inspect all work for quality and completion.

Meet with our salesman to determine exactly what is needed to be done on each jobsite.

Be the salesman's assistant in any way he needs you to be

Often will need to open and close homes for subcontractors to perform work in.

May have to help schedule subcontractors.

Delivering supplies to jobsites to be installed by subcontractors.

Explain to subcontractors how customer wants certain items completed.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WE PROVIDE ALL THE TRAINING

Provide excellent production & detail customer service.

Report for shift on time, dressed in proper uniform, and ready to go to work at vacuum, detail, and production services.

Work outside in varying temperatures and conditions

Work on your feet for extended periods of time

Work quickly with a sense of urgency
