Bookkeeper (Construction) Jobs

Minimum 1 year experience in Bookkeeping at a construction, real estate development, or property management company
Scanning and inputting invoices into the system (QuickBooks/AppFolio)
Organizing due dates of bills and helping with check runs
Managing Certificates of Insurance: ensuring updated certificates and reaching out to vendors for up-to-date paperwork
Managing Security Deposit Refunds: preparing the refund checks and sending out
Opening / organizing the mail
