Overview The Configuration Management Lead is responsible for managing and maintaining the configuration of all IT systems and services. This includes the development and implementation of configuration management processes, procedures, and tools. The Configuration Management Lead will also be responsible for ensuring that all changes to the IT systems and services are properly documented, tracked, and approved. Detailed Job Description The Configuration Management Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing configuration management processes, procedures, and tools. This includes the development of configuration baselines, the tracking of changes to the IT systems and services, and the approval of all changes. The Configuration Management Lead will also be responsible for ensuring that all changes to the IT systems and services are properly documented and tracked. The Configuration Management Lead will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the configuration management database. Job Skills Required
