Concrete Detailer Jobs

Technical school education a plus (drafting certification)

5 years of formwork drafting experience (AutoCAD, Revit)

Experience in self-perform concrete construction operations and layout a plus

Field experience in concrete formwork a plus

Solid communication skills including a strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing).

Experience with basic computer applications including Email, Word, Excel, etc.

Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience (3-4 years, including supervisory skills).

Able to perform all Building Information Modeling Engineer’s responsibilities (refer to position description / requirements).

Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating)

Supervise and direct VDC Modeling Engineer staff and outsourced resources as assigned. Assist in planning and review of staff requirements.

Monitor / manage the modeling process to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within allotted budget.

Experience with Primavera, 3DS Max, SketchUp and BIM 360 Glue a plus.
