Concrete Cleanup Helper Jobs

Ability to stay on task and manage small details without distraction or supervision.

Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude.

Must maintain inventory used during jobs for proper billing and re-ordering.

At least 18 years of age or older.

Must have a valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and/or reliable transportation.

A background check is required, so one must have a clean background and no felonies.

First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

Plant cleanup. Steel toes required. Short term assignment may last longer if goes well.

Previous no call - no shows will not be brought on for this assignment

Employer does test for THC

Unload and load merchandise from trucks

Clean and set-up fixtures and displays

5+ years of business operations management experience

Report progress back to management

Oversee the preparation, allocation and management of operations budget to ensure target achievement

Manage services provided by a company to ensure they meet client expectations and requirements

Liaise with the finance team to determine the need for salary increment, allowances or bonuses

Strong leadership and communication skills

Strong reading and math skills

Move, secure, install, build, load, and unload materials

Assist in the building or construction of various things

Effectively use heavy and light equipment

Relocate material as directed by the supervisor

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Familiarity with a project management system, online collaboration, and experience using it with busy teams.

Present excellent customer-service skills to clients.

Manage digital filing systems, update client records, and organize documents.

Assist the Accounting Client Project Manager with onboarding new clients.

Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite and Microsoft Suite (Docs, Gmail, and Sheets), cloud services, and other technology tools.

Able to manage time effectively and efficiently.

Hourly pay: $19.00 to $21.00/hour based on experience and certifications Team Qualifications (Requirements):

Must have 2 plus years’ experience working with industrial concrete.

Must be able to meet all physical requirements.

Must have 2 plus years industrial construction experience with at least 2 years’ experience working with concrete.

Must be able to illustrate journeyman level knowledge on selecting, mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.

Must have knowledge of materials, tools, and processes involved with basic building techniques and form construction.

Must possess knowledge skills and abilities for position

Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision

Field experience in chosen craft discipline

Knowledge of the safe and efficient use of hand tools, power tools and layout tools.

Able to meet all physical requirements.

Assist Carpenter in layout work. Learn to perform lay-out work independently

Must possess knowledge skills and abilities for position

Verify equipment and materials are used properly and report unsafe conditions to management

Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision

Field experience in chosen craft discipline

Knowledge of the safe and efficient use of hand tools, power tools and layout tools.
