Assists Concessions Manager on duty in preparation for event.
Provide direction and oversight to Concession Stand Managers, Cashiers, and Cooks.
One year related experience working in a supervisor capacity and/or as a trainer preferred.
Experience in basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service is preferred.
Prepares hot and cold foods following company recipes and portioning requirements.
Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities as related to preparation, excellent service and delivery of product.
