Computing Systems Engineer Jobs

Knowledge and experience with networked device configuration and testing, preferably via SNMP.

Data Center Systems Support and Management (60%)-

Work closely with network engineers, cyber security engineers, and supervisors to gather requirements, establish API's, and document test processes for applications.

Install, relocate and configure the wireless and SNMP controlled environmental alarm monitoring devices used within the CFG managed sites.

Experience with a UNIX command line environment and TCP/IP networking

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Physics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field

5+ years of meaningful work experience in software development, technical evangelism, technical marketing, developer marketing or similar

1+ years experience with scientific computing or quantum computing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3+ years of experience developing C++ applications

Experience with CUDA or GPU computing

Undergraduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline and/or equivalent experience/certification

Implements and promotes standard configuration and change management, processes and practices.

Provides input to support desk change management efforts as it relates to support and training of new system.

Follows the defined project management standards and processes.

4+ years’ experience designing and developing solutions for MacOS and Windows.

4+ years’ experience designing and developing solutions for desktop hardware.

Analyze and study complex system requirements.

B.S./B.A. and 2 years of experience.

In lieu of a degree, additional relevant experience may be applicable.

HPE Servers, iDRAC, KVM’s and Data Center Experience

Support assignments to resolve technical issues affecting hardware, operating systems, or applications.

Work with vendors or external partners to diagnose and resolve application issues
