Computer Aided Design Engineer Jobs in Texas

Job Requirements: Must be proficient and have working knowledge in AutoCad. Civil 3D a plus

Working knowledge of land surveying is MUST

Prior experience with a home builder in either plot plans or starts department a plus

Associates degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent work experience

Able to perform independently on a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural design.

Work under the direction of senior staff to document project requirements.

Required: 3-5 years or more Architectural CADD experience

Required: Autodesk Revit and a working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Required: Microsoft Office Suite experience.

Architectural Staff Level 1 Responsibilities Include:

Time management skills to work with multiple projects and competing deadlines

2 years of experience preferably land in residential or retention ponds

Extensive working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D to prepare technical drawings efficiently

Pipeworks experience is a plus

Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals

Knowledge of engineering practices and industry standards
