Support pre-trade and post-trade monitoring for disclosures and mandate requirements and provide compliance overrides for trades as needed.

Bachelor / University degree or equivalent with a strong academic record. Degrees within finance or law, a plus.

Strong technology skills including expertise with Aopshere’s Rulefinder or FundApps, a plus.

Interpret and advise on regulatory and mandate rules and provide regulatory and mandate expertise on business initiatives and working groups.

-Good auditing skills with experience working for one of the big 4 auditing firms.

-Experience in complete workpapers that address the control requirement and are concise.

-Extensive experience in compliance testing.

Preparation and management of procedural documents

2-5 years experience working in Quality Assurance, Post-collegiate business school experience in Quality Management, or both.

Collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.

Measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

Experience in the maintenance, or implementation of the following Quality Standards:

Regulatory experience with FDA Standards Relevant to the Manufacturing and Sales of Medical Devices

You have experience and familiarity with regulatory requirements pertaining to pharmacies, prescribers, and controlled substances.

You have pharmacy or healthcare experience

You have experience with regulatory board actions

You have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders

You have experience working in cross-functional teams within a corporate environment

You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously

Help support the Director and Manager of standards and compliance as required.

Inspect the orders when we receive them from manufacturer to make sure it is complete.

Install and inspect the equipment prior totesting.

Conduct testing for all the standards and guidelines that will apply. Record all testing information and take pictures. download files/reports created.

·Develop policies and procedures to ensure applicable regulatory requirements are fulfilled.

·Assure that all records and reports are prepared, communicated, and retained in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Certifications: RQAP certification is a plus

Maintains a high level of awareness and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
