Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems / Technology, Engineering, Business, or Management/ Admin preferred

Strong analytical and organizational skills with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Effectively plan and manage information protection initiatives and projects to ensure that objectives, schedules and budgets are met

Manage the exception process for risks that cannot be remediated in stipulated timelines

Perform other information system department functions as assigned by the CCL’s Security and Compliance Manager

3+ years of related and progressively more responsible and expansive work experience in IT Security and Compliance disciplines required

10+ years of experience in a Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, Legal, or Management Consulting role

Effective change management and problem solving experience with the ability to guide transformation through process or program improvements

Demonstrated experience in operating in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity

Experience with monitoring regulatory changes and implementing new processes to ensure ongoing compliance

Experience managing a technology strategy, including selecting tools and processes that promote efficient operations

Broad and thorough knowledge of all components of effective compliance programs

Experience with multiple IT compliance certification frameworks such as: SOX, SOC, PCI, ISO, HIPAA, and/or FedRAMP

Proficient in project management, time management, and project planning

2+ yrs of experience in performing IT Compliance or Security assessments

Experience with cloud technologies and secure architecture practices

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization

Proven experience developing automation strategy and E2E test data management strategy

Analyzes challenges of solutions to develop QA strategies that encompass end-to-end test data management and automation.

Leverages knowledge of Agile methodologies to successfully complete project delivery

Software quality professional with 5+ years of experience leading quality engineering initiatives on enterprise-wide implementations

Experience with the following technologies: Selenium, SQL, Jira/Confluence/Zephyr

Scrum Master certification a plus
