Compassionate Aba Therapist Jobs in Ohio

Starting hourly wage will be commensurate with experience, dedication and pursuit of advanced training and educational background.

Therapists are thoughtfully assigned to clients based on skills and personality.

Therapist schedules are developed based on therapist/client availability and the distance of clients from the therapist's home.

Summer Employment, Internships and BCBA/BCaBA supervision will be considered.

Experience with children or individuals with autism and related disorders preferred

Effectively and professionally communicates with supervisors, coworkers, families, and clients.

Implements Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support behavior reduction

Collects accurate data in the appropriate manner under the supervision of the BCBA/BCaBA

You are able to pass a criminal background check, driving record check& drug test?

You have a valid driver's license and insurance

You are able to reliably commute within 15 miles to location of care client?

Must be comfortable around pets

Willing to work late afternoon into the evening hours (start time 3-4pm and end time 8-10pm)

Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (preferred but not required). We'll train, if you're willing to learn!

Ability and willingness to complete online continuing education training classes (8 hrs of training required per year)

Starting at $15 per hour
