Job Type: PRN (as needed) OR Full-time

Job Summary:

• Implements Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support behavior reduction
• Responds appropriately to feedback and maintains or improves performance as needed.
• Effectively and professionally communicates with supervisors, coworkers, families, and clients.
• Teaches social, communication, and daily living skills in a one-on-one setting in accordance with written treatment plan designed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Completes other duties as assigned.
• Collects accurate data in the appropriate manner under the supervision of the BCBA/BCaBA

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with children or individuals with autism and related disorders preferred
• High School Diploma/GED
• All training provided. Must obtain RBT certification within 6 months of employment. If certification is not obtained within 6 months of employment, will not be able to continue in that position.
