Strong knowledge of community solar and RECs.

3+ years of relevant work experience in the community solar field.

Being an expert on all federal, state, and utility adders will help you maximise project returns.

Work with internal regulatory teams to ensure compliance with each programme and incentive structure.

Experience in management, leading teams, or working as a supervisor

Inventory management and forecasting as needed

Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets

Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal skills

Implement promotional campaigns and brand awareness strategies by interacting with the client's potential donors

Assist the Marketing & Event team in achieving community awareness and fundraising goals

3+ years of experience in solar project management on 1- 10mw sites

Strong knowledge of solar technology, construction, and project management principles.

Monitor project progress and report on project status to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Manage all aspects of solar projects, including planning, design, construction, commissioning, and operation.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, vendors, and customers, to ensure that project requirements are met.

High level of knowledge and experience in the renewable energy industry; solar PV project development and/or construction preferred

Bachelor of Science in related field of work; Construction Management, Renewable Energy, Engineering or related Technical degree preferred

Manage development schedule and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Work with internal teams to ensure successful project construction and closing, communicating regularly with legal, engineering and project finance colleagues.

Manage and message project risks and mitigants to the Executive Team.

Respond to investor and/or 3rd party finance questions to ensure timely financial closing.

Manage local government permitting process and environmental studies;

Manage the utility interconnection process;

Manage consultants, external stakeholders and other third parties to ensure project success;

Manage budgets, milestones, schedules, and deliverables;

Manage application to various solar incentive programs;

Manage contracts and coordinate consultants for needed professional services including outside environmental, engineering and legal;

Assist clients in finding the program that fits their needs best

Use HubSpot to track client enrollments

Consistent communication with all clients

Support Maine’s clean energy initiatives

Help Maine businesses and residents save 10-15% on future electric bills
