Overview Community Planner II is a professional position responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive community planning initiatives. This position works with local government, community organizations, and other stakeholders to develop and implement plans that promote economic development, housing, transportation, and other community-based initiatives. Detailed Job Description Community Planner II is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive community planning initiatives. This includes researching and analyzing data, developing plans, and coordinating with local government, community organizations, and other stakeholders. The position is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote economic development, housing, transportation, and other community-based initiatives. The position is also responsible for providing technical assistance to local government and community organizations. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of community planning principles and practices

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, public administration, or related field
• At least two years of experience in community planning
• Knowledge of local government and community organizations
