Communications System Engineer Jobs

5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM)

Monitor and manage our cisco voice and video platforms

Review, design, plan, implement, and manage all Voice Over IP services

Manage traditional telecommunication systems and services, and telephony contact center

In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice, Video technologies and H323, SIP, MGCP, Q931 signaling protocols

Strong Knowledge of voice recording (NICE/ Verint), Contact Center, network routing &switching technologies ,and protocols

Provide people management and helps grow the skills and career of direct reports

In-depth knowledge of communication strategies, tools, and vehicles and application of written communication skills.

Experience with both internal and external communications

Experience with improving entire existing processes, systems and / or products

Previous experience managing executive-level communications

Accountable for driving the editorial calendar for U.S. Communications

Two (2) years professional experience in community management and the development of social media content.

Two (2) years project management experience.

One (1) year experience in change management or communications support.

Minimum one (1) year experience in internal communications.

One (1) year experience working in an organization with union represented employees.

One (1) year experience working in a matrixed organization.

Prioritization & time management skills required to manage various projects & tasks concurrently & efficiently.

Knowledge of EIA/TIA standards and building codes and wiring requirements.

Previous work in technical related area. 3-5 years' experience in design and network support functions.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and successfully complete them in a timely manner.

Ability to read and understand construction documents, especially electrical and low voltage.

MS Office and MS Visio proficiency.
