2-3+ years of experience with communication and outreach efforts preferred

Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balance priorities, and meet deadlines

Strong written and oral communication skills

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) experience is a must

Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to act as a representative of the HCO to external audiences

5+ years of experience working in communications, marketing or event management

Lead strategy to ensure development and communication of the partnership with the nonprofit to advance annual goals

Elevate the firm’s brand and activate the firm’s purpose through community engagement

Lead the firm’s membership program for 50+ leaders

Enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders – both internal and external
