5+ years of experience in sales, project, and/or program management, with a preference for Commercial Real Estate experience.
Proven time management skills, able to work under shifting conditions and handle competing priorities, displaying agility in generating solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and flexibility in project management to achieve results effectively.
Ensure Competitive Contracts: Review and manage facilities purchase agreements (FPA) and project contracts to ensure MillerKnoll remains competitive within each account.
Experience in complex selling processes and channel sales is beneficial.
