GENERAL PURPOSE


We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our Commercial Real Estate Alliances group, driving the success of our business development programs in the real estate industry.


As the Program Manager, you will be the central point of contact for program support, coordination, planning, content development, and reporting. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in fostering strong partnerships with internal teams, Alliance partners, field sales, and dealer partners, ensuring the achievement of key performance metrics and revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry and the competitive landscape to inform program strategy.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Maintain CRM dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate opportunity records and funnel management to drive commercial real estate influencer business development efforts within the Americas contract business. Provide quarterly revenue reports for individual accounts and overall performance.
  • Ensure Competitive Contracts: Review and manage facilities purchase agreements (FPA) and project contracts to ensure MillerKnoll remains competitive within each account.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert: You will be the go-to person for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and dealer partners, providing support and facilitating day-to-day and strategic initiatives within the Commercial Real Estate Alliance practice.
  • Support Sales Opportunities: Collaborate with sales teams and dealer partners as needed to explore new and existing sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Internal and External Stakeholders: Organize program and project status calls with internal teams, stakeholders, and Alliance partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Develop Marketing Strategy and Collateral: Collaborate with internal resources to create marketing strategies, collateral, and tools that enable the sales team and dealer partners to effectively utilize Alliance programs and resources for their business development efforts.
  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Conduct program reviews and gather performance feedback to evaluate, track, and report back on customer satisfaction, making improvements as needed.
  • Disseminate Insights Newsletter: Develop a quarterly commercial real estate insights newsletter for distribution among Alliance partners, field sales, dealer partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Budget and Expense Management: Manage project reporting and the assigned expense budget, focusing on problem-solving and identifying opportunities to improve operational activities.


Qualifications


Education/Experience


  • Experience in complex selling processes and channel sales is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, project, and/or program management, with a preference for Commercial Real Estate experience.
  • Proficiency in managing complex schedules, priorities, and communications with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and CRM tools.

  • Proficient in analyzing and modeling data using MS Excel, with strong problem-solving skills to make recommendations and process improvements.

  • Proven time management skills, able to work under shifting conditions and handle competing priorities, displaying agility in generating solutions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, tailoring information to suit different audiences and fostering effective working relationships.

  • Ability to influence without explicit authority, using positive influence to build consensus and credibility.

A starting compensation range for this role is $88,600.00 - $111,750.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
