Exhibit proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and McCormick.

Four-year business or engineering degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years).

Classifications: Area classification requirements as related to design and documentation

have advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and the ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems.

Works directly with Division Manager on bids, consistent messaging to customers, vendors, suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors.

Manages take off process, delegates to team as appropriate

6+ years Electrical Estimating Experience

McCormick or other Estimating Software Experience

Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills

2+ Years Estimating Supervision Experience

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Create budgets, BOMs, manage costs, small project management tasks.

Controls/ building management systems / automation systems / instrumentation.

Quantity surveying, cost management, electrical estimation, project management.

Identify labor needs and material requirements by studying related documents.

A relevant higher education degree and/or an electrical trade background.
