Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.

Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.

Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch and assisting other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.

Manage the shredding of customer documents at the customer’s facility in a safe and professional manner

Manage all customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure that they meet the requisite contributing margin targets on all routes

Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience

Experience in providing service to customers in an independent role

5+ years’ commercial driving experience preferred

Be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.

Candidates must pass a background check, drug screen and other job requirements.

Drive tractor trailer and unload product at multiple customer locations.

Ensure compliance with Federal and State Laws as they relate to DOT and any other applicable traffic regulations.

Be responsible for customer satisfaction including on-time delivery of undamaged product.

Knowledge of millwork products a plus

Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required.

Communicates issues to customers and management as needed.

6 months minimum, 1 year preferred driving experience

Responsible for product delivery to customers

Process paperwork and returned product upon completion of the route

May load product onto truck

It provides good customer service.

Maintains landscaping beds by weeding, trimming fertilizing, removing and replacing dead plants.
