Develops retention strategies for customers in Lonza’s development pipeline and manages the portfolio to minimize mid-term risk

Manages both technical and business aspects of the business for the portfolio of customers/products

Advanced experience relevant to the industry, markets, technologies and products

Preferably drug substance and drug product experience

This position is fully remote and can work anywhere within the USA or Canada.

Execute Lonza’s strategic plan to grow its presence in the small molecule business

Two (2) years of experience in construction, project management or property management and/or redevelopment of facilities.

Project Management credential or certification.

Assists in the development and lease of real property and facilities, including coordinating Property Management, alterations, inspections and tenant activities.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, construction, real estate or a related field.

Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

Creation of Requisition for funding encumbrance and Request for Payment on Commercial Development Projects based on input from managers.
