Commercial Construction Estimators Jobs in Florida

1 year minimun of prior Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) experience or related government agency experience

Additional desired experience and skills:

A Bachelor's Degree or higher (Will accept High School Diploma with years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)

1-2 years of experience in providing estimating services of large commercial infrastructures

1-2 years of experience in providing estimating services in any of the following eligible types of work:

Strong Microsoft Office Skills, excellent written and oral communication skills

The ability to Work closely with project management and field teams to promote/facilitate positive working relationships.

Must be Responsible to be the direct report of all Roers General Contracting Project Executives.

Work closely with Project Executives and General Superintendent to track project assignments to balance workload capacity.

Work with Project Executives and General Superintendent to determine staffing needs.

Coordinate recruitment efforts with Human Resources
