They must be knowledgeable in a variety of communication systems, including radio, cellular, satellite, and fiber optics. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that arise with the systems and equipment. They must also be able to install new systems and equipment as needed. Additionally, they must be able to provide technical support to customers and other technicians.
