They work with insurance companies, auto body shops, and customers to ensure that the repair process is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. They must be knowledgeable about the repair process, be able to communicate effectively, and have a good understanding of the insurance industry. Detailed Job Description Collision Repair Planners are responsible for managing the repair process of vehicles that have been damaged in an accident. They coordinate with insurance companies, auto body shops, and customers to ensure that the repair process is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. They must be knowledgeable about the repair process, be able to communicate effectively, and have a good understanding of the insurance industry. Job Skills Required

Job Knowledge Collision Repair Planners must have a good understanding of the repair process, the insurance industry, and safety regulations. They must also be knowledgeable about the different types of vehicles and the parts and materials needed for repairs. Job Experience Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred for Collision Repair Planners. Experience in customer service, insurance, or auto body repair is also beneficial. Job Responsibilities
