College Program Coordinator Jobs

Performs related responsibilities as required.

Preferably previous experience as coordinator working in a university setting.

Previous experience with Emory systems such as PeopleSoft, Compass, etc.

Develops work plans to accomplish program goals and objectives and monitors progress toward their achievement.

Conducts research and gathers information to develop various publications.

Develops promotional materials which may include content for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants or other written information related to the program.

Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design

Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Assist senior consultants with reviewing client needs, recommending suitable approaches, and helping implement benefit program strategies

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills

Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Experience in College Counseling or Student Health Services setting preferred.

Minimum two years’ experience in direct services post degree, preferably with an inpatient/residential/PHP unit.

Training with adolescents and dually diagnosed populations, experience with eating disorders and women’s issues desired.
