Continue the digitization of archival records processed by the three-year “Robert Moses Collection Project.”

Describe the digitized images according to the standards of the New York State Archives

Master’s degree in Library and Information Science or a related field

Knowledge or experience of historical exhibit design and production

Knowledge of laws and ethical standards relevant to American archival practice

Experience with technologies and tools used in archives

Experience working collaboratively and independently

Experience communicating, serving, and collaborating across cultures and/or with people with a variety of perspectives, experiences, and identities

Experience working with repository platforms or content management systems.

Experience in project management and process documentation.

Proficiency with metadata management tools (e.g., MS Excel, OpenRefine)

Identifies, evaluates, and recommends technological solutions to maintain, enhance, or improve repository workflows and management of repository content.

Masters degree from an American Library Association accredited library school or an advanced degree with relevant experience.

Experience with web archiving methods.
